Dear BPS Community;

I am pleased to announce that last night, the Bristol Board of Education approved the appointment of Jodi Bond as Director of Finance.

Jodi brings many years of dedicated service to our district, having served as an Accountant and Accounting Supervisor, and has consistently demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a deep commitment to our students, staff, and community. Her extensive institutional knowledge and financial experience have made her an invaluable member of our administrative team.

In addition to her technical expertise, she has established and maintained collaborative relationships with both the City and the Board of Finance. Her ability to communicate effectively, work cooperatively, and problem-solve thoughtfully has helped foster mutual respect and trust between the school district and our municipal partners.

Ms. Bond holds a B.S. in Business Administration-Finance with a Minor in Computer Information Systems from Stonehill College. I look forward to working with Jodi in her new role and thank her for her continued service to Bristol Public Schools.
