As part of our ongoing commitment to be more environmentally friendly and to ensure stakeholders have quick and easy access to critical information and happenings within our community and surrounding towns, Bristol Public Schools will distribute flyers digitally through ParentSquare. Flyers will be sent in a bi-weekly e-blast format around the 1st and 15th of the month.

Bristol Education Foundation

Please join us for the Business Education Foundation Trivia Night on November 6th @ 6:00 PM at the Doubletree Hotel, 42 Century Drive, Bristol, CT 06010. Ticket price ($50) includes a buffet dinner and Hot Fingers Trivia. Cash bar. Raffle tickets and 50/50 tickets will be available for purchase. Proceeds from this event will benefit the BEF’s efforts to award Mini Grants to Bristol Public School teachers and to support innovative programs for students. Help us continue the mission of supporting the educational needs of Bristol’s scholars! This is a 21+ event.

Bristol Early Childhood Collaborative

The Bristol Early Childhood Collaborative is collecting new and gently used Halloween costumes to help make Halloween a little more magical for local children! 🎃👻 Families and community members are invited to donate costumes their children have outgrown or no longer need. Donations will be accepted now through October 1st at participating drop-off locations throughout Bristol (See Flyer). Together, we can help every child have the chance to dress up and enjoy the fun of Halloween! 🧡🖤

BECC Parent Advocacy Training Series

Have you ever wondered how local and state government decisions are made or how you can speak up about the issues that matter to your child and family?

Join the Bristol Early Childhood Collaborative (BECC) for our FREE 2-Part Parent Advocacy Training Series! This interactive series will help parents better understand how government works and learn practical ways to use their voices to advocate for their children, families, and community.

Calling all 5th graders! Join the Boys & Girls Club of Bristol for a fun-filled evening featuring music by DJ Steve, dancing, and more!

Boys & Girls Club of Bristol, 255 West St.
Admission is $5 for members and non-members, with food and drinks available for purchase. Tickets will be sold at the event.

Please note: DJ lighting will be used with minimal flashing lights. Families are encouraged to be aware of this for students with photosensitivity.

Black Men In White Coats Youth Summit

Save the date! Join Saint Mary’s Hospital, Trinity Health Of New England, as we host the Black Men In White Coats Youth Summit for the third year in a row. Nationally recognized, Black Men In White Coats aims to increase the number of Black men in the field of medicine through exposure, inspiration, and mentorship. We invite students (boys and girls 3rd grade and up), parents, educators, healthcare professionals, and community leaders to attend this inspirational networking event to strengthen the future of healthcare.
